Chelsea Noel is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 5 years of clinical experience, dedicated to supporting individuals through some of life's most challenging circumstances. She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Buffalo, NY, with a minor in Crime Scene Technology. Chelsea's academic foundation is complemented by hands-on experience working in high-crisis environments, including her involvement in the aftermath of the Buffalo Tops Market mass shooting. She has also received national recognition for her work with a Buffalo serial killer.
Chelsea specializes in forensic mental health, as well as a broad range of concerns including generational incest, sex/porn addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, anger management, and supporting those with incarcerated loved ones. Her clinical approach is both compassionate and evidence-based, combining techniques from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
