About
I work with teens, young adults and families struggling with anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, substance use and conflictual family dynamics.
My approach to therapy is rooted in a person-centered philosophy that honors your individual strengths, values, and goals. A core part of my clinical work involves helping you identify and shift unhealthy patterns by increasing awareness and challenging unhelpful thoughts. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and family systems techniques to support our work together to build healthier coping strategies and foster lasting personal growth.
I view therapy as a collaborative partnership—you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support and guide you toward the life you want to live. Whether you're working through specific challenges or striving to reach your full potential, I'm here to help you every step of the way.
