About
Jen Rambala is a Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator with a Master's degree in Counseling who integrates breathwork, somatic awareness, mindset work, and reparenting practices to help individuals reconnect with themselves and create meaningful, lasting change.
Her work is especially supportive for those experiencing anxiety, stress, overwhelm, overthinking, or finding themselves caught in patterns they understand but struggle to change.
Sometimes understanding what's happening isn't the same as knowing how to move through it.
You might recognize your triggers, understand where certain behaviors come from, and even know exactly what you'd like to change. You've talked about it, thought about it, read about it, and tried to work through it.
Yet when life happens, you find yourself responding in the same familiar ways.
So much of our day is spent thinking, doing, managing, and moving from one thing to the next. And when uncomfortable emotions arise, our natural tendency is often to distract ourselves, push through, or try to make them go away.
But what happens when we create space to slow down and actually be with what's here?
This is where breathwork and somatic practices can offer a different experience.
Jen creates a supportive, trauma-informed environment where individuals can begin shifting their attention from constantly analyzing their experiences to becoming more aware of what's happening within their bodies.
Through guided breathwork, somatic awareness, and gentle exploration, sessions offer opportunities to notice emotions, physical sensations, and automatic responses without the pressure to fix, force, or change anything in the moment.
Mindset and reparenting practices are also woven into her work, helping individuals explore the beliefs, learned behaviors, and protective patterns that may be influencing how they respond to themselves and the world around them.
The intention isn't just to gain more insight. It's to begin practicing a different way of relating to yourself, one rooted in greater awareness, compassion, and self-trust.
Breathwork can also be a meaningful complement to traditional talk therapy. While therapy may help you understand your experiences, relationships, and patterns, breathwork offers an additional space to explore the mind-body connection and practice being present with what arises.
And like many things, the value isn't necessarily found in one powerful session, but in creating a consistent practice of slowing down, checking in, and making space for yourself.
As a mom of two, Jen understands how easily our own needs can get pushed aside while we're busy caring for others and navigating everyday responsibilities.
Her approach is gentle, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that you don't need to force a breakthrough or have a particular experience for the work to be meaningful.
Sometimes the most important thing you can do is give yourself permission to pause.
Jen offers individual (1:1) breathwork sessions as well as group breathwork experiences, with separate pricing options available for each. Whether you're looking for personalized support or a shared experience, both offer opportunities to build greater self-awareness and develop a more consistent practice of reconnecting with yourself.
You don't need prior breathwork experience or even know exactly what you're looking for. You can simply begin where you are.
