She is also a certified dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) skills counselor, with expertise in crisis counseling, inpatient substance abuse treatment, and outpatient services.
Jenna has spent over eight years in leadership roles within hospital settings, where she has developed patient-centered programs, optimized workflows, and enhanced interdisciplinary collaboration.
