Shayana believes that healing begins in a space where individuals feel safe, heard, and genuinely supported. Her goal as a therapist is to create a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their experiences, understand the root causes of their challenges, and develop meaningful strategies for growth and healing.
She brings advanced knowledge of evidence-based and best-practice therapeutic approaches to my work. As a compassionate communicator. She prioritize building strong, trusting relationships with my clients through professional, responsive, and empathetic interactions. She is committed to delivering thoughtful care and consistent support while helping individuals and families navigate life's most difficult moments.
She works with individuals, couples, and families experiencing a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use, domestic violence, and relationship or family conflict. I also provide marriage counseling, couples counseling, and family therapy to help strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and foster healthier relationships.
Her therapeutic approach integrates several evidence-based modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and group therapy. She also utilize techniques such as cognitive reframing and cognitive restructuring to help clients shift unhelpful thought patterns and develop healthier coping strategies.
